Coaching

Someone beside you, before and after

A journey isn't a single day. There are the weeks leading up to it and the weeks that follow, and those are often where the real work happens. Coaching means having the same person beside you through all of it, someone who remembers your story and checks in.
Before

We talk about your intentions, your worries and what support you have around you, so you go in feeling as steady as you can.

After

We make space for whatever came up, whether it's beautiful, confusing or hard, and help you carry what matters into everyday life.

Start with a first conversation

Twenty minutes to talk and see how it feels. It costs nothing, and nothing is expected of you afterwards.

Not sure who to talk with? Answer four short questions.

"Big shifts can leave you feeling unmoored. I love helping people find their footing again and build a life that fits who they're becoming."

"I've sat with a lot of grief, my own included. I do this work so no one has to hold the heavy parts alone."

"Coming out of a clinic or a service center, you're often handed back to normal life the next day. I want to be the person you can call that week."

Already know your date?

We can help you plan around it, with a few conversations before and support in the weeks after.
